Chess club a huge hit with students from this Tipperary school

The last few weeks in CMCO has seen an impressive attendance among our younger cohort of students in playing chess.

Under the guidance of Mr Bailey, our Chess Club is up and running with new members joining that has resulted in more sets having to be sourced!

As students hone their skills, we look forward to our upcoming in-house competitions, but also to inter-schools competitions that is hoped will take place in the next term.
