Planning granted in Tipperary to turn vacant doctor's surgery into apartments

Planning has been granted in Tipperary to turn a vacant doctor's surgery into apartments.

Cashel Pharmacy Limited made the application for the change of use from a former doctor's surgery (now vacant) to two apartments, two one-bedroom apartments.

The development address is at Ashwell's Lot, Cahir Road, Cashel, Co Tipperary, E25 N289.

The council attached six conditions to their decision to grant planning permission for the project.
