HSA investigating after workplace accident in Tipperary
A male in his 50's was pronounced dead at the scene
The HSA have launched an investigation, following a fatal workplace accident in the Cashel area on Tuesday July 27.
Gardaí and emergency services responded to the accident on land at Cashel, where a male (aged in his 50’s) was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) confirmed to Tipperary Live that they are aware of the incident, and have launched an investigation.
