KILDARE: 39 new homes planned in attractive development

A planning application has been lodged for 39 residential units. 

The proposed development is earmarked or the Newtown/Ardclough Road in Newtown in Celbrige. 

Also included in the plans is the widening of Pausdeen Bridge.

The estimated construction value of the project is €8.5m.

The total site area is 1.4 hectares.
