LATEST: New homes being planned for Monasterevin

A small development of eight new homes is being planned in Monasterevin. 

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council by Masonbrook Holdings Limited.

The 8 2-storey dwellings will be comprised of two-bedroom and three-bedroom, detached, semi-detached and terraced dwellings.

The properties will be located within the existing Ferns Bridge development.

The overall 0.23 hectare site is located at Ferns Walk, Ferns Bridge, Monasterevin.

The total gross floor area of the proposed development is over 850 square metres. 

The estimated construction value of the project is €1.7m, according to Construction Information Services.
