An Garda Siochana have confirmed all roads in Letterkenny have reopened following a serious crash in the town yesterday afternoon.
Shortly after 3pm on Friday, Gardaí and emergency services were alerted to a collision involving a pedestrian and a lorry at Station Roundabout, Port Road. The pedestrian, an adult female, was taken to hospital with "serious injuries," An Garda Siochana said.
All roads accessing the roundabout except Pearse Road were closed, with motorists advised to avoid the area if possible, yesterday evening and into this morning, Saturday.
