The death occurred peacefully, in the wonderful care of St John's Unit, Sacred Heart Hospital, Castlebar on Sunday, February 25, 2024 of Breda Moran (nee O'Reilly) Hillcrest, Balla, Mayo and formerly of Corrick, Aughnacliffe, Co Longford. Predeceased by her husband Kevin, parents Eugene and Margaret, brothers Paddy, Michael, Jim, Colm and Eddie, sister Peggy. Deeply regretted by her loving sons, Kenneth, Anthony and Liam, brothers Eugene and Martin, sister Evelyn, grandchildren Lara, Anna, Jamie, Eleanor and Alannah, daughters in law Noreen, Sarah and Valerie, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at the Balla funeral home on Tuesday, February 27 from 5pm until 7pm followed by removal to her home. Remains to arrive to St Cronin's Church on Wednesday, February 28 at 11.30am for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to Balla Cemetery.

The death occurred, peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Laurel Lodge Nursing Home, on Friday, February 23, 2024 of Mary McCann (née Flynn) formerly Donlon, Shroid, Longford. Predeceased by her parents, sisters, brothers, by Jim McCann and Anthony Donlon, son Gerry, grandsons Stephen, Aiden, Rory and Gerard. Sadly missed by his daughter Maura, sons; Gerard, Jim and Padraig, son-in-law Mark and daughters in law; Catherine, Orlaith and Breda, his sisters; Theresa, Ann and Monica and his brothers; Con and Brendan, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
