Waterford gardaí investigation underway after shop  broken into

An investigation is underway after gardaí in Waterford received a report of a break in at a premises in Ballybricken.

In the incident, the front window of the shop was broken to gain entry and a charity box was taken.

The incident occurred between 5pm on Thursday 2nd and 10am on Friday March 3rd.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the area and noticed anything suspicious to contact Waterford Garda Station.
