Obituaries
The following deaths have occurred:-
John McGuinness, Derry
The death has taken place of John McGuinness, 28th May 2023, beloved husband of the late May, formerly of Creggan Street and Beechwood Court, loving father of Marian, Sammy, Liam, John, Cathy, Kevin, Martin and Linda, a much loved grandfather and great-grandfather and dear brother of Margaret, Sheena, Liam and the late Danny. His remains are reposing in his daughter's home, 38 Beechwood Court. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Creggan. Interment afterwards in the City cemetery. Family time please from 10.00pm to 11.00am. The Mass can be viewed live via the church webcam. Scared Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. St Pio intercede for him.
