Limavady Grammar students honoured at Young Enterprise Awards

Kabloom from Limavady Grammar School gains Special Recognition at Belfast City Hall ceremony
A group of students from Limavady Grammar School have gained Special Recognition for branding at the Young Enterprise NI Awards for their business Kabloom.
Kabloom is a creative gardening kit designed to make planting and growing more accessible, enjoyable and rewarding. The team from Limavady Grammar impressed the judges not only with their product, Kabloom but with their commitment to sustainability and community impact. Since starting the project in September, the students have managed everything from prototype design to local market research, gaining invaluable real-world experience.
Kabloom was among six school teams competing in the Company Programme, with judges drawn from business supporters, including Lead Partner, Send My Bag, and new Impact Partners, Staffline and Version 1.
Young Enterprise NI Chief Executive, Carol Fitzsimons MBE, said: “Congratulations to all the companies and students that have been honoured at the Young Enterprise Awards as they once again show us that the future of our economy is incredibly safe hands.
